Subject	Relief valves in intake cams

Message	How would one go about removing the relief valves from the intake cams? I've got Z1 heads and cams and i'm getting a noise like my VTCs are not operating, i'm wondering if they left out the valves so i've got an old set or cams i'm gonna remove the valves from, but i'm having no luck getting them out. Any tips or secrets? Thanks Chris
