Subject	Anyone know how this plug works?

Message	I can't seem to figure out how to unlock this plug. I'm trying to take it off so that I'm able to change out the carpet. Maybe it's because you should not take it off unless you know what you are doing...but I've always been the type to learn from experience. =) Thanks!
