| Hi All, I'm removing an alarm that never worked from my car. There is a relay that is spliced into the ignition wire in the column that needs to come out. Does anyone know if this is a pretty common style relay socket that could possibly be used on an alarm that I might put in at a later date, or should I just yank it now and get it over with? I'd rather just leave the socket in there and short it out for the time being as an alternative to removing it if it can be used later. Also, just out of curiosity, do they make a type of pseudo relay that would fit into a socket that just shorts the wires?

Thanks!
