I just had all those problems and it took a while to figure it out. The problem was the Ignition Relay, which is located BEHIND the fuse panel on the driver's side. It's on the back side of the fuse panel. Evidently it's purpose is to power the windows and other items ONLY when the ignition is on. It's a pain to get to, have to remover the panel, fuse box, and trim to get at it. Then unplug it and replace it. I think the Relay only cost about $16 from Nissan. :im still having the same problems in my Z and cant figure it out and I have traced soo much from diagrams and charts
:Power windows dont go up or down- no voltage coming from the harness that connects to the switch
:No Climate control- doesnt turn on and no voltage coming from the harness that plugs into it
:No directional signals- Hazards work and flasher Unit clicks but the direction signals dont come on
:ABS Light is on and all these things triggered at the same time.
:another thing I have noticed is that the dome light wont stay on when only the trunk is open. Before it did, now it doesnt. It only comes on when you open the drivers door, thats all. Maybe it ties into it also.
:All fuses are good. All fusible links are good. Swapped relays. Checked so much.

:What is it that I am missing? Is there a Body Control Unit that connects to these items?
:All other accessories work such as front and rear wipers, rear defroster, stereo, headlights, interior lights.
