Subject	Idle Adjustment Screw...Rough Idle

Message	First ride after reinstalling my engine went pretty well. However once I returned home the car was idling rather rough. Actually it would idle smooth and then "stumble" and smooth again. I tried adjusting the idle and it took many turns of the screw to actually notice any change. Wondering if someone might have some ideas for me.
