i dont remember the what i did exactly but i remember testing it with the multi meter and it was fine. ive pulled the plenum and cleaned the inside and trottle body, cleaned every connection i could find. ohm tested the injecter from the ecu and got about 14 ohms which is high and needs replacing. tried that 02 sensor test with the engine running and was fine even though i have a code 53. reinstalled the old timing belt to see if it was on wrong but made no change to CAS and later did the complete timing belt kit to see maybe the belt stretched or something and still made no change. I have also looked for vacuum leaks but have not found any yet.
