Ya the marks were lined up with the gears and not the dust cover marks. I have gone through and ohm tested the injectors(all good according to the multimeter) and fuel is obviously getting to the injectors being as theres fuel in the rails and the #4 cylinder... I pulled out the CAS and checked spark and all the cylinders were good spark wise. I also had a helper turn the CAS and listened to all the injectors and they all ticked. I also took GREAT care in installing the injectors to make sure the o-rings did not pinch.. Ive had luck with installing injectors on my SR20DET and LS1 and not having pinched o-rings but thats not to say i didnt pinch these...The main reason i am thinking fuel delivery problems is that i sprayed a little starter fluid into the intake tract(after the MAF) and the car fired over for a few seconds and then stalled out(obviously) At this point i am thinking about taking the dust covers off and to double check the timing belt and work my way up from there. My only thought was that if the belt was off that it wouldnt have started with the starting fluid? Thanks for the suggestions so far Josh
