Subject	replaced master and slave on clutch can't get any peddle

Message	i replace the master and slave cylinders on my clutch. i bled the line and nothing but solid fluid. i tried a vacuum pump still no luck. It builds up pressure, but when i let go of the peddle it go away. i was reading that there is a bleeder valve on the passeners side fender and i can't find it help!!!!!!!
