Subject	prob went away. but its back. how?

Message	i had a problem a month ago with my 93 na auto. id turn the key and the power would be fine but the engine wouldnt turn on. just a click or nothing.it would start after multiple key turns or sometimes a few. the problem went on for a awhile then all of a sudden went away and the car started fine every day for a month or so. then this morning, i cant get it to start. its not the starter relay or the battery/alternator. i suspected it was the ignition switch or something like that but how do u explain the prob fixing itself for a month.
