Message	reverse fashion ..what you want is the same functionality but to be able to allow the relay / circuit to complete when not activated and when activated break the circuit. This is a basic electronics question and an experienced radio shack person should be able to help if you detail exactly what you are trying to do. Many here will just have a simply on off switch for a ground wire for the fuel pump relay. I think we you are going with this has merits.
