Message	by the looks of it, just in the pictures, it'll probably be best to drill it with a drill bit smaller than the bolt diameter (obviously) and then try to get like a good phillips or torx bit in there (kinda like jam it in so it creates it own bite) and try it that way, 10-12 ftlbs can be handled by a torx bit i believe...could also try spraying a compressed air (cold) onto it too before you turn the screwdriver kinda trying to shrink the metal a bit...its just a suggestion not saying it'll definitely work
