is not very good. The painted numbers can come off and the micrometer marks weren't perfectly lined up. I bought a precision torque wrench, it's the old snap on design. Now snap on uses CDI tools, just buy the CDI wrench since it's pretty much their generic brand. The precision "split beam" wrench doesn't have to be reset to the lowest setting after use or "worked in" to exercise the spring.
