the car is a 93 tt 5spd.

as i cruise down the road, the lights are on. you can see what ones in the vid. once the car warms up, then it changes so that they light up if i give it around 50% throttle. as soon as i let off the gas they turn off, and if I use engine drag to slow me down, or downshift, they turn off aswell, untill the rpm's get below 2k. If the rpm's get below 2k then they will always be on regardless of throttle. In the vid you can see them come on when I give it gas, and off again... grrr its been doing this forever now, and I don't even know what else to check. what I do know is that the alt. itself is good. car runs at 14+ volts. ECU is not throwing ANY codes. thanks for any help!
