Message	To fit certain strut bars, you need to break/cut that bracket off. The AC line will fit snug against bracket simply by resting against it. BEWARE though, I am unsure if that is the case with all strut bars or ones line the courtesy strut bar. I had to do that with the courtesy strut bar but then removed it because I ran into the much mentioned fuel line damaged caused by poor fitment. Whatever strut bar you have, make sure it does not rub against the hard fuel line on the drivers side. Search it too.
