Subject	How do I pull my radio from dash?

Message	Does anyone know how to remove an Alpine stereo head unit from the dash of my Z32? I did a pretty boneheaded maneuver. In the dark I tried to insert a CD and it went into the crack just above the head unit which is exactly wide enough to swallow my CD and it is now trapped inside the dash and not retrievable unless I remove the head unit. I would probably just leave it there but it is from the public library, one of a 12 disc audio book. Any help or advice will be appreciated. I would like to get the thing out without screwing up my dash or my Alpine unit.
