Message	when slowly pressing accelerator to 1600 it jumps up to 2200 then resumes steady all the way through. figured it was tps so i changed it out with new one. and followed the easy to follow instructions in fac. section and problem still there. although was unclear when continunity when throttle closed, but when is continunity supposed to stop? I cant get it to stop untill throttle set arm is about just short of 1/8" on its way open. while while keeping in with between 4 and 5 volts. so i got another tps and got same results.
