My boost controller decided to take a crap on me one day and because I didn't know the problem I had the car shipped to Z1. They determined my Greddy E01 had gone bad and I needed a new one. They put a new one in and set it up and everything was great. I got the car back about 3 weeks ago and everything was perfect for about 3 days. The controller has two setting, low boost and hi boost. Low was set at 18 psi and hi at 24.8 psi. I got in the car one day and after warming it up I started to drive into work. I got it into boost in 1st gear and it only went to 18psi. FYI the controller was set on hi boost. I have determined the following. 1st and 2nd gear are doing 18 psi and 3rd and 4th are doing 24. I have changed my low boost settings to the same as hi and tried changing from low to hi and still no difference. The controller is set to manual so the controller should not be learning anything on its own. Tonight I took the car out to dinner and on before pulling out for the 5 mile ride home, I swapped from hi boost to low boost. I used 2nd gear twice to see if it would boost properly and the first time it went to 21 and second time it did 18. Anyone have any ideas or have a good knowledge base about the E01?
