if the starter engages the flywheel, that means the starter is good right? is there such a thing that the starter is too slow to start the car?
first off, i am not talking about a weak battery.
second, i have 12.8v at both battery and starter, and when i start it, it holds at 12.8v.
this thing wont start, but if i let it sit for a day, it will start w/o any problem.
