Message	When you snap the throttle, you should feel air coming out of the blow off valve with your hand. Check the vacuum line running to the blow off valve; if it's disconnected or kinked, it supposedly will keep the valve from opening. Some people have reported finding small holes in their vac lines that kept them from opening.
