Subject	Vacuum/Boost Gauge Problem, HELP!

Message	I just put my car back together after purchasing a front clip from Japan. I hooked up my vac/boost gauge. It shows 20 psi of vacumm but never gets to the pressure side of the gauge. Mind you I only have ran it in my garage b/c i'm working on the body now. Help! Any Ideas?
