Message	leading from your intercooler to each turbo are fully seated and connected. May need to use a mechanics mirror to see the underside. Also remove the nose panel and have a look at the recirculation hoses. Your description sounds like you may have popped a large hose loose, creating a large vacuum leak which will prevent the car from starting.
