Message	start with a new radiator cap or pressure test yours. Next check the fan clutch for proper operation, and consider pulling the radiator and cleaning out all the debris that clogs the fins and reduces airflow. If you are still loosing coolant through the overflow after you've confirmed your cooling system is in good repair, test for head gasket leak. It shouldn't be necessary but you may need to upgrade to a better radiator (koyo etc).
