It has to be something silly... maybe an idle air control circuit not connected, O2 sensor bad or not connected, or something else.The Z1 eproms are copies of Ashes chips... which are known to have many problems... I'd go in with a stock ECU if you have access to one, then work your way through the rest of it. My guess is, if its not something simple like a connection, it has to be the ECU/chip. AVOID Z1 chips and ASHspec chips. PURE crap stuff... they create problems. Get something from Ztuner or JWT for proper performance.
