any way you could test it against a known working one? This is like the problem i had when my injectors were corroded but you say you have an all new harness and im guessing injectors. If the PTU or CAS is corroded its possible those could be the problem. You are 100% sure you have everything hooked up and connected, right? If you update your profile and maybe can say your OHM readings on your injectors that might help a little. This is a very complicated issue so the more information the better.
