| Background: I'm in the process of replacing my "old style" (1990) intake/injectors/clips with updated (94?) injectors/fuel rail/clips/lower manifold. Query: Directly built into the 'old' fuel rail is a small electrical 'terminal' This terminal is not present on the 'new' fuel rail, but the hole where it's supposed to go is there!
I've tried un-screwing this thing to put it on the new rail, but it won't come out? Odd, because there is definitely screw threads where it's supposed to be located on the new fuel rail. Also, did someone take this part off? I'm wondering why it's not there. so.. what is this thing? Can whatever hooks up to it be 'deleted'? If not, I wonder if there is a way to get it out of the old rail? Or where to buy a new one..?
I have looked for the answer, but as usually no luck. Kind regards,
