when I had to replace an injector on my TT, i considered the dremel method but decided to pull the plenum and fix valve cover leaks at the same time. It turned out that there was no pulling that injector out without removing the rail and putting it in a vice, using two sockets to press it out. I completely destroyed the top the injector trying with pliers and vice grips until there was nothing left to grab. I think the age of the injector has something to do with it - mine was original and my car a 91 - it was set in and the top very brittle.
