Message	PTU and swap any wires by accident (if you deleted the sub harness and did any wire splicing)? I agree on your timing belt, I'd think it would be hard to be that far, or actually off at all, as the belt has marks that line up with each gear so it's virtually impossible to be off. If it's not that, is your new pulley marked right? I've heard of some that aren't.
