work and it wouldn't give. So I just sprayed some starting fluid and quickly it turned on. I was reading online that there are block heaters, magnetic heaters, and dipstick heaters that keep the engine/oil, and battery warm. This is mainly used for diesel and areas in the Northern and midwest of the U.S. Gasoline cars also use it, preventing wear from a cold start, but I wouldn't think that I'd need it here in Southern California. No one that I know of uses one for their car.
