As everyone said, it was not the clutch that was causing my problem. After reading the suggestions above I thought I had grounding issues, so my first step was to buy some 6ga wire and eye terminals. I made sure the starter was well grounded by putting a grounding wire between the negative cable and one of the starter bolts. I then grounded the frame/body to one of the transmission bolts. After that, I cleaned the battery terminals and made sure the pos & neg cables were nice and tight. Sure enough, it turns over easily now. Problem solved.
