| How does the light around the key hole on the driver's side door handle work? I'm trying to reassemble the door handle and can't seem to make the illumination go off. I'm pretty sure the 'switch' is the little black box with wires in this photo: 
I thought the way it worked was that when the handle was pulled, the metal bracket put pressure on the back of the little black box which 'clicks' like a switch (there's a little dot on the back side which receives the pressure directly) - then turning on the light. I've completely removed the metal bracket and the light stays on. What causes this light to turn on? Only when the door handle is pulled? How long after it being pulled should the light turn off? Thanks!
