You have to remember 96's were still under warranty till around the year 2000 and people didn't modify them due to a possibility of a VOIDING their warranty. After they went out of warranty, people started selling them to second owners who were willing to modify them, thus creating a 96 OBDII market. LOL! I remember contacting JWT in 2000 and they just kept on telling me that they would have one in "three" months! This went on for two years though.
