Message	Have you ever heard of a mysterious black C4 (91-96 bodystyle) Corvette running around there. Supposidly over 1000 HP, total custom engine (custom made block, custom everything) that flys down highways at 200+ MPH? I've heard stories of this guy in Tampa.
