Message	for the frame? i dont see why those would be illegal since TX doesnt use the stickers on the plates anymore- theyre all on the windshield now. you can probably argue that ticket pretty well because I see lots of cars with frames from dealers on there.. so you could argue it came like that when you bought it. still sucks though man -Jake
