Message	and rear license plate. I know in California the plates have to be in a certain range off the ground. So technically those lifted up trucks are violating the law, but officers let them get away with it because they still have a plate in sight; it's illegal in CA to have the plate inside the car behind the winshield. There's a loophole. Brake your license plate and put it inside your car; when a cop pulls you over, tell him that it broke recently and that it won't stay safely on the car that it will flap around, and eventually fall off hurting someone or something.
