Message	I see it all the time here in colorado, except no one gets busted for it. So lets see, some one here can run around with a frame covering their tags, and not get fined, even if they are missing their tags or they are expired. Yet if I have a tag that is 1 day out of date and they happen to see that because its not covered... However it seems that at least around here the dealers put on legal frames. How bout that one lady ' "Everybody's going to have to change the license plate and I don't know where to go to find something to change it out with."
