Message	even more unfair. I tuned the car to run a good A/F and optimized the timing for it as well. JWT's program is suited for a huge array of cars and it is built with excessive 'buffering' that produces significantly lower numbers than when you tune specifically for the car being tested. In leaving the parameters the same, it is a test to see which design flows air better. Using two different programs would change too many variables and you would not be able to determine what caused the effect. I dont want to blow any of this out of proportion because you have an excellent question so I can tell you that if a JWT dual-pop program were put into this car and compared to these other two runs, it would have produced about 15HP less than the lowest as the JWT program is only running 17 degrees of timing advance and this car was using 20 degrees.
