Message	oil pan. There is a restriction on the return line where the oil bleeds through. It's a metal orfice with the hole about 1/8 inch in diameter or smaller that the oil flows through and back to the pan. In a traditional oil cooling system, 100% of the oil is cooled and flows back to the engine instead of a very small amount back to the oil pan.
