Message	:issues w. passing testing in VA. I had no problem w. it and I have the JWT ecu, intake and exhaust at the time. AIVs deal w. cold start issues and really should play a factor at all in this. I think your issues lie elsewhere. going to hook them up and see whats up.. Problem w inspections is that you get to the station and then the car sits in line. The NOX was slightly high, I think Ill fool w timing and hook up the AIVS since my ecu hasnt been modded BTW - You are AIVless so I need "real world" <94 examples ;) Jim
