You want to get the best setup as possible but are limited in the money you have to spend right now. This is what I would do: Full T28 turbos
Ported exhaust manifolds (a must have for T28's)
3 inch downpipes Gyro from DSP will give you a deal on all of these (he used to throw in the ported manifolds for free for people who bought turbos from him...maybe he'll do that for you) These are all the mods that you want to do when the engine is out of the car. upgraded injectors are not needed if you keep the boost low... I would remove your boost jets and run stock boost levels. Running T28's on 9.5 psi of boost wont max out the injectors, and if you already have the JWT ecu it'll work good because the JWT ecu runs on the rich side anyways. This will allow you to get all of the best mods that you wanted to and spread it out. Im thinking you can get the turbos, manifolds, and downpipes for around $2200 from Gyro.
