beforehand, plus the extra time it will take to make the drive at a slower speed, I'd personally leave a little earlier and then do a last minute cleanup when you get there. Saving even 2 hours for a thorough cleaning of the exterior & wheels is a safer bet than chancing damage to the drivetrain on one of your other vehicles, IMO.
