As some of you know and have heard I've putting my Z together for the last year. I have planned and saved and pieced together my dream car and am a little more than halfway between completion. The body is completely finished for body work (sanding, shaved pieces and primered.) but the doors, hood, hatch and major large pieces were removed to complete the last of the smoothing process and to get shot with the new smoke gunmetal paint I selected. The body man wanted to have them to get all the perfection out of the doors and do some last minute customizations. I agreed and rolled the chassis to Rico's Z maintenance to have the newly rebuilt engine dropped... that was about a week ago. And engine drop is pretty much complete. NOW GET THIS SHIT! I get a call from my mechanic saying my paint and body guy just left a message over the weekend saying he closed his shop and left a # he can be reached. What is that shit????? He couldn't call me and tell me what is going on? And what about my parts that are being worked on? Maybe it's just me over reacting, but what am I supposed to think. When was someone going to tell me about this?
Maybe he is moving to a more professional shop but I don't know what the f**k is going on. Sorry, just my rant. This project has really been chewing on my nutz up until the end. Sorry, just over-reacting and getting upset. Couple this will all the other shit going on in my life and things are gettin too much to bear. Oh well, it's nothing a sniper rifle and a clock tower won't fix (JK).
