Message	Damn. My house is a dumpster compared to that =). Beautiful place man... wow. Also, yeah, you are right about the extra payments. I've seen the online calculators, and you are exactly right. Heck for the first 22 years (I believe) more money goes to interest than principal. It's a system that can be manipulated - most people don't even realize that if they add just 20% more every payment, they'll save over half of the interest =/. Oh well - thanks for the advice, I'll definitely be adding a couple hundred a month as I can afford it. WAR!! Kenny... PETZ Member #5
