Message	Thanks guys from saving me from looking like an ass and blowing my chances at an awesome Z. I have not seen the car yet but I will tommorow evening. Here are the steps I plan to take using your advice... 1) Check out the car 2) Agree to a price 3) Leave a non refundable deposit $100 (let me know if that is too little and if I should give him cash or check. I am guessing cash) 4) Have a Note created stating he will hold the car for a few days, till I get your money together. 5) Transfer funds 6) Bring the car with him (the seller) this weekend go to Nissan dealer for inspection in his area. 7) Bring the all the money to him once the money has cleared probably next Tuesday and fill out a standard bill of sale. Let me know if I am missing anything or have anything wrong. I have never bought a car privately so I am new at this. Thanks once again for your advice! Evan
