| I'm hoping you just worded that wrong and meant to say he keeps the car for the 72 hours and not you get to test it for that long. If the last is true then you should sell some of that crack you've been smoking. :) You pay for the inspection, i'd take car to a known nissan mechanic or Z shop. You have the VIN, you can buy the carfax. You would get 1 maybe 2 test drives and inspect all you want yourself in my presence, at no time would you and the car leave my sight. A deposit will hold the car from sale to any other party, if you decide not to buy it deposit is non-refundable. Also your major mechanical problems are too vague. Compression problems? within nissan specs ok or you want something that is 1-2 psi difference? engine leaks? leaks what? a drip from a loose rad hose or something that can be fixed for less than $5? But the others are right the buyer makes the bill of sale, you can request whatever you want to be put on it, but you don't get the "take it or leave it" stance. Good luck on your purchase.
