Subject	Need solution for shifter boot

Message	Hey all, my stock shifter boot doesn't fit with my MOMO aftermarket knob. I've included a picture below of my problem, what do you think is a way to fix it so the boot comes all the way up to the base of the shifter knob and stays there? Place washers over the shifter rod and fit the boot over top to try and lift up the leather boot? Any suggestions would be great!
