this coming week. We have a few cars here with FMICs so I have good testbeds for the design. The design will be extensions of the original DOOLZ and the filters will be relocated into the sidemount , fitted just under the headlamp buckets. The HKS filters will be the filter of choice as they aren't very long and have broad foam elements. Keeping the filter up as high as possible will make it less prone to get water in the intake. With the filters just under the headlamp buckets, it will actually be higher up than either the DOOLZ or JWT dual-pop. There's a lot of room up high in there. The kit will be the DOOLZ setup and extension pipes to run to the sidemount position. It will include all of the hose couplers and clamps of course and will be a much better design.. I was never keen on seeing people put heatsoaked intercooler air right into the intake.
