Message	it seems the steel range from 15lbs to 17lbs or so. I think they are both *rated* to handle over 1000hp, but I'm not sure how that translates into real world use. I just ordered a 1 piece steel driveshaft from Z1. they said it would weigh 15lbs. the price is right for steel, it's quite a bit more for Aluminium.
