Message But they where unclear about parts swaps and things of that nature. But when I read this part on there site, he seemed to be unclear about the part that says.

" Rebuild Transmission Process
Our remanufacturing process includes all EOM updates. All soft parts are replaced. Soft parts include clutches, bands, lip seals, sealing rings and gaskets. We also inspect all hard parts. The hard parts must meet or exceed new OEM standards or they are replaced with new or remanufactured parts. "

Now I ask him about there being a 1997 syncros update, he was unsure. Which to me means, Nissan knows about the earlier problem and made a change in there later years, so any rebuild done now would have that update, would it not? There cost was $900 bucks to do it and there out of San Antonio, TX for those that are close.
