Message pour it on like syrup b!tch!

I don't know if Sport 500's would get you to 500 RWHP, which by the way, is an INSANE amount of power. Keep in mind, the new Viper is rated for 500 FLYWHEEL horsepower.

You won't need a built motor, just a stock one in good condition. As Wagz, TurboDog (CT), or Zhound and the many others here with huge power on stock blocks.

What you will need is at least 555cc/min injectors, intercoolers, a UD pulley, dual pop intake with the appropriate ECU program, a boost controller, an air/fuel controller, test pipes and down pipes, a high flowing exhaust, highly ported exhaust manifolds, a really diesel clutch and some big stickies out back to handle it all.

It's definitely a progression. My $0.02 would be go something along these lines:

Injectors
Boost controller
AFC
UD Pulley
Turbo back exhaust
...

good luck with your progression.

Oh, and as far as turbos go, there are TONS of options. I'm saving and planning on a set of PE1420's, because I'm pulling my motor this winter any way.
