Message	This is up quite a bit from two weeks ago. The Power outage in the Northeast and Midwest forced several large refineries to shut down. Gasoline stocks were already low due to the fact that the vacation driving season started later than normal and carried over into the period when refineries traditionally switch to heating oil production (thus producing less gasoline per barrel of crude oil).
